MUDMONKEY 2025 Welcome to the Jungle. Play Dirty. Laugh Louder. Mud. Obstacles. Screams and laughter. This is not a race – this is the jungle's playground for adults (and teenagers who aren't afraid to slip in style). MudMonkey 2025 invites you to a day of total bananas in nature: climbing, crawling, water, fire, and a bunch of race-crazy Monkeys who live to challenge you through the course. Forget asphalt and fences – here you face the jungle's resistance with a grin. MUDMONKEY 5K – “Monkey Business in Battle Mode” 5 kilometers with 25 technical and natural obstacles. You climb, tumble, crawl, and laugh your way through the mud while unruly MudMonkeys try to block you – physically. Go solo or as a tribe – but one thing is for sure: You will emerge covered in mud and full of adrenaline. Age limit: 13+ A parental declaration must be signed before the start (sent via email the week before the race). MUDMONKEY 8K – “Mud Mayhem and Jungle Fury” 8 kilometers. 40+ obstacles. When you think it can't get wilder, you arrive here. This is the highlight of the obstacle race: mud pits, zip lines, icy water, flames, slippery stones – and of course, crazy MudMonkeys trying to topple you with laughter and resistance. Age limit: 16+ A declaration must be signed before the start (sent via email the week before the race). ____________________________________________________________________________________ COMING 2026 – MUDMONKEY EXTREME 21K “For those who have never been dirty enough” 21 km. 70+ obstacles. Here you will meet your limits – and have them shattered. Spectator-friendly, but participant-hostile course full of fire, ice, mud, and monkey madness. Only for the most bananas among us. Age limit: 18+ A declaration must be signed before the start (sent via email the week before the race). EVERYONE GETS A MEDAL – NO ONE GOES HOME DRY OR CLEAN!! Here, competition is held in individual classes and in tribes (teams). The fastest will be celebrated with honor and glory – but everyone who finishes gets a medal and the right to call themselves a true MudMonkey.
